Ulemu is a highly decorated Mixed Martial Arts team with a long list of accolades. We teach all aspects of MMA, from grappling, wrestling, striking to Mixed Martial Arts.
To compliment our combat sports training we also run agility and mobility / movement classes, High Intensity Interval Training, Circuit Training, Strength and Conditioning - and much more.
Whilst we teach for self defence, confidence and fitness we also do provide safe competative outlets for all our members, from kids to adults we can faciliate you to get that first competative exsperience.
